Exhaust air outlet: IKM exhaust air heat pump
An older property comprising 18 apartments and three new loft conversions The project received City of Copenhagen urban renewal funding. When you have an IKM exhaust air heat pump to recover exhaust air, control the flow of exhaust air from kitchen and bathroom, and direct domestic hot water into a buffer tank, you can save more than 51 % energy. The apartments have district heating, but service water heated by heat recovered from exhaust air.
